Whether you are looking for a space to hold your next conference or interested in hosting a summer camp, ÌÇÐĹú²ú´«Ã½ External Events team is here to help! Our team is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of day camps, international & statewide conferences, and meetings on both the ÌÇÐĹú²ú´«Ã½ and Marietta campuses. We are conveniently located to serve Midtown/Metro Atlanta, ÌÇÐĹú²ú´«Ã½, Acworth, Smyrna, Marietta, Cartersville, and other surrounding areas.

We can offer a full range of facilities, services and amenities. Our facilities include large event rooms, classrooms, break-out rooms, a performing arts theater, high-tech meeting rooms, and multi-functional athletic venues. We also work directly with other campus services to coordinate Public Safety, Dining, & Parking needs.

Types of Event Reservations

Conferences, Trade Shows, Meetings, and Day Camps

ÌÇÐĹú²ú´«Ã½ is ideal for your next meeting, day camp, or conference. With various indoor and outdoor spaces available across two campuses, we can accommodate general sessions, breakouts, meals, audio/visual needs support, live-streaming capabilities, and convenient parking.

Concerts, Festivals, Fundraising Walks, and Sporting Events

ÌÇÐĹú²ú´«Ã½ is your perfect space for an intimate entertainment venue. We offer various venues and field spaces in Marietta and ÌÇÐĹú²ú´«Ã½, which can accommodate events with up to 16,000 guests. Including audio/visual needs support, live-streaming capabilities, and parking.

Filming

Filming at ÌÇÐĹú²ú´«Ã½ is coordinated in partnership with the Department of Event and Venue Management and the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing.

Make a Reservation

All spaces can be reserved by filling out the form below.

Once a venue is secured for an event, we work with the event contact to coordinate other aspects of the event including setups, parking, audio and visual needs, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for processing.

Changes to Events or Venues

If you need to make changes to your event, please notify The Department of Event and Venue Management immediately by calling 470-578-6252 or emailing events@kennesaw.edu, and your event coordinator.

The Event and Venue Management must be notified of changes at least 2 business days prior to event start date or change fees may apply. For more information regarding changes or cancellations, please visit the events Policies and Procedures page.

Event and Venue Management is responsible for scheduling campus space for a variety of events and venues. Our event and venue spaces include, classrooms, conference rooms, atriums and outdoor spaces.

PLEASE NOTE: Please allow a minimum of 10 days to review your request.

  • A large event may include:

    • Tents
    • Inflatables
    • Staging
    • Catering
    • Special Audio-Visual Requirements
    • Performances or Bands

    Availability of space is limited. The Event and Venue Management team is happy to assist with pre-planning your large-scale events.

    Facility charges may be assessed depending on the venue as well as costs to cover various support groups (Public Safety, Custodial, UITS, etc).

    PLEASE NOTE: Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for processing.

  • When assigning space, Event and Venue Management takes into consideration the following elements:

    • Availability of the facility or space.
    • Maximum capacity of the facility or space.
    • Best use of facilities and their suitability for various activities and functions.
    • Compatibility of the request in relation to the mission of the university, local and federal policies, laws and regulations.
    • An event will not be approved if it conflicts with the academic mission
